Description
The Gene-Spin™ Plasmid MiniPreparation Kit is designed for the rapid, small-scale preparation of high-purity plasmid DNA. The entire 20 minipreps procedure can be completed in 45 minutes or less, depending on the number of samples processed. The system allows to purify up to 40 µg plasmid from 1-5 ml of a standard E. coli culture. The purified plasmid DNA can be used directly for automated fluorescent DNA Sequencing. It is also suitable for restriction enzyme digestion and in vitro transcription.
