Description
The Super 2 RT-PCR Mix is designed for reverse transcription and PCR amplification of specific target gene from either total RNA or mRNA. Two-enzyme system provides sensitive, fast, reproducible and convenient analysis of RNAs in one tube. This simplifies the procedure and reduces the potential for contaminating the samples. The system uses MMLV reverse transcriptase and HotStart Taq for first strand cDNA synthesis and PCR amplifications. MMLV reverse transcriptase has weak RNase H activity compared to AMV reverse transcriptase. It is useful for full-length cDNA synthesis. The amplified DNA fragments will generate a 3’ A-overhang that can be cloned into T-Vectors.
