Description
Protech agarose is a standard melting/gelling agarose, suitable for routine nucleic acid analysis. Protech agarose has a low EEO for shorter running time without compromising resolution. Protech agarose is excellent for blotting techniques and general manipulations. Results can be detected with a variety of easy-to-use, sensitive staining procedures. After electrophoresis, nucleic acids recovered from gels are compatible with numerous downstream applications. The size of nucleic acid fragments that can be resolved ranges from 250 base pair (bp) fragments to 22,000 bp.
