The AQ-Ladder™ Bio-25bp DNA ladder is the size of double stranded DNA from 25-300 base pairs. The DNA ladder contains 9 linear DNA bands of 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 300 base pairs. It is specially designed for electrophoresis analysis of small DNA fragments on high percentage agarose (2.5-4%) and polyacrylamide (5-10%) gels.
