Description
The Plant Genomic DNA Purification Kit is designed for rapid purification of genomic DNA from plant leaf, and yeast. The method is based on a spin column format. After grid with liquid nitrogen and cell lysis steps, the nucleic acids are absorbed into the special silica membrane. After that, the genomic DNA is eluted by preheated water or TE buffer. DNA purified with this kit is suitable for various applications, including PCR and restriction enzyme digestion.
