Description
The Fast-Run Taq 5x Master Kit is ready-to-use PCR reaction mix for amplification of specific DNA fragments. It can be used in place of the single reagent for virtually all PCR applications. It offers a convenient, reproducible PCR mix that minimizes the multiple handling steps associated with setting up a PCR. The Taq Master Mix is supplied as a 5X concentrated ready-to-use mix that can be stored at 4°C. 5X Taq Master Mix contains 0.75 U/ul Taq DNA polymerase, reaction buffer, MgCl2 7.5 mM, 1.25 mM dNTPs and enzyme stabilizer for PCR. The user only has to add primers, template and water to a final volume of 50 μl to have a complete PCR reaction mix.
