Description
The Fast-Run TM 2X Taq Master Mix with or without Dye is a ready-to-use PCR master mix. A PCR reaction is set up simply by combining the Fast-Run TM 2X Taq Master Mix, template DNA, primers, and water. After the reaction is complete, PCR reaction included the Fast-Run TM 2X Taq Master Mix with Dye can be loaded directly onto an agarose gel. All necessary reaction components are provided in the Master Mix with or without tracking dyes, which contains the following: Taq DNA Polymerase, Reaction Buffer, dNTPs, MgCl2, and a proprietary mix of PCR Enhancer/Stabilizer. The Fast-Run TM 2X Taq Master Mix results in robust amplification of normal, high GC% or otherwise difficult templates. Fast-Run TM routinely amplifies targets of up to 5 kb; larger targets of up to 20 kb have been achieved with optimization.
